Shipment
At Maglem, we specialize exclusively in direct 2BC sales directly from the best suppliers, and we do so exclusively through our online platform.
It's important to note that all of our items are exclusive and not available in regular stores. We work directly with manufacturers to ensure the highest quality and authenticity in each of our products.
Regarding shipping times, we want to make sure you have all the information you need. Our shipping times vary between 15 and 21 business days. This time is related to our factory-direct sales, which allows us to ensure that every item you receive is fresh and authentic.
All our shipments are completely free and include a delivery guarantee, which includes insurance against loss and theft, as well as a tracking number. If for any reason you don't receive the merchandise, we will arrange to send you another product at no additional cost. Remember that all our shipments are made internationally and are delivered via local parcel services within approximately 15 to 21 days.
Don't worry if your order is delayed in delivery. This is due to the fact that our packages undergo various internal and customs controls. Please note that these are only estimates; orders may arrive earlier or later than the expected timeframe. Orders may take longer due to courier delays. To track your order, please send us an email at info@maglem.com , where we will provide you with a tracking number to locate your order.
(In exceptional conditions, due to lack/out of stock of the product, it may take longer, regardless of the type of shipping service contracted).
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. Please allow additional processing time for your order during holidays and sales periods.
Packages are not processed or transported on weekends or local holidays.
A defective product?
In this case, we always send you a new package free of charge the first time, and unfortunately, we can't refund you. If it arrives defective the second time? We'll refund the full purchase price.
Lost package / returned package?
If a package is lost or undeliverable for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before processing refunds and returns.
If the package is not accepted or picked up at the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier and no refund will be given.
Please also note that during promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Valentine's Day, etc.).
