Maglem is not responsible for errors made by the customer. Orders are processed based on the information you provide.

How long does shipping take and how can I track my package?

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after the order is processed.

After the process, delivery takes around 15 to 21 business days (in exceptional conditions due to lack of stock or demand for the product it may take up to 45 days). regardless of the type of shipping service purchased ). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds, except for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. For more information, you can read our refund policy here .

How can I know if my order has been placed?

Immediately after placing an order, you should receive a confirmation email to the email address you entered during your purchase.

Our email may be sent to your SPAM or promotions folder. Please check each of your email folders carefully before contacting us.

My package is lost or I think it was stolen, what should I do?

We recommend checking your tracking number located in your shipping confirmation email to ensure the package has been marked as delivered, and we also recommend verifying your order's shipping address to ensure it's correct. Before contacting us, please call your carrier to ensure they haven't done the following:

· Leave your package in your mailbox. · Leave your package at your back door or in your garage. · Leave your package with your neighbors or whoever answered the door at your address. · Leave your package at the main office or reception desk if you live in an apartment, dormitory, or gated community. · Leave your package in your mailbox, or in a parcel locker at your local post office, or in a parcel locker in your neighborhood, or if you sent to a FedEx location, at your reception desk or in your FedEx box.

If you still can't locate your package, we suggest you contact the carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them first. They are the responsible party in this matter. In the meantime, please keep us informed about the process; we want to do everything possible to help you find a solution.

The Order says Delivered, but I haven't received it.

Regarding the delivery of your order, please note that our package is certified. It was most likely picked up by someone in your home or a neighbor. If not, please contact us at info@maglem.com.

What is my correct size?

You can find the size chart right inside the product you've selected. It's usually located next to the product description just above the "Add to Cart" button and/or in the product description.
